It is really a Jewish site. I love that. I am a Jewish believer living in Nigeria. I would like to study the Torah. [Regarding] the name “Yeshua” or “Yahshua”, which is the most correct one to use? I saw that you are using the name Yeshua. Please I want to know why. I am an undergraduate student at University here in Nigeria. I am seeking Yahweh with my whole heart and want to work for Him as you do. I hope that you can be of a help to my search for more scriptural truth. Regarding the Name of the Lord, there is no such name as “Yahshua.” This is a man-made name from the erroneous idea that we must put “Yah” in Messiah’s name, and that the Name “Jesus” is a derivative of the pagan god “Zeus”. It is inaccurate, and simply not true. The name is “Yeshua”, and in Hebrew means “salvation,” which obviously is quite appropriate for our Savior. I hope this helps!
